Where this comes from. Every entry is taken from the Texas Department of Agriculture's public register of licensed structural pest control businesses, retrieved 16 September 2026. We have not added anything to it and we do not rank it. TDA's register does not publish phone numbers, addresses or websites, so this page does not show them — it tells you whether a company is licensed and insured, not how to reach it. Always re-check with TDA before you hire.

Why insurance matters as much as the licence
Texas requires a licensed structural pest control business to carry insurance. The register records when that cover expires, and it does not always get renewed on time — 102 of the 946 companies listed here currently show a lapsed licence or lapsed insurance.
That is not necessarily a sign of a bad company; paperwork slips. But if someone is treating your home and something goes wrong, whether they were insured on the day stops being paperwork. It is a fair thing to ask about, and a company that is current will have no difficulty answering.
